St. Mary's School - Preschool/Kindergarten

Registration begins in January with currently enrolled families and then opens up to new families.

St. Mary’s Preschool

Caterpillar Class:

  • for children Ages 3 & young 4’s

  • classes are Tuesday/ Thursday: AM class 8-11 am

  • Staff / child ratio- 1/10

  • Intro to letters, numbers 1 to 10, social skills, colors, shapes, patterns, fine motor skills, manners

  • Fire department visits us, take a field trip to library

  • God Made Me program (religion)

  • Cost is $900 for the school year payable in monthly installments ($100 / month, Sep-May)

Butterfly Class:

  • for children ages 4 & 5 (pre-kindergarten)

  • classes are Mon/Weds/ Fri: AM class 8-11 am

  • Staff/ child ratio- 1/12

  • Kindergarten prep., writing letters & the sounds they make, #’s 1-20 & counting to 100, patterns, rhyming, social skills

  • Field trips include: fire department, Brumbaugh’s, library

  • Attend mass once a month with big buddies (older students)

  • God Made Me program (religion)

  • Cost is $1,080 for the school year payable in monthly installments ($120 / month, Sep-May)

Both classes experience- circle time, table time, work time, art, music, outdoor play, snack, and religion. We also use a Seeds program as part of our religion
